I'm checking in with my TCP TUESDAY card on a Thursday this week. JULIE is the hostess with the mostess this time and she's challenged us to use some oh-so-chic and now seam binding ribbon to create cabbage roses for your cards. THE CAT'S PAJAMAS has some really nice SEAM BINDING RIBBON on the site and, to help you out, ALMA crated an adorable HOW TO VIDEO for these flowers. Give it a try...it's easy peasy!
I centered my card around the ROLLED NEST CUTUPS die in black felt. I added a few little beads for eggs. The leaves are from a Sizzix Sizzlets die and I added my seam binding cabbage roses around the nest. The patterned papers are from Echo Park - For The Record (green) and Victoria Gardens (music note).
You've still got time to join us this week...or for any of this month's TCP challenges. Make sure that you add your card to the SLIDE SHOW on ALMA'S BLOG so that you'll be considered for this month's contests and prizes! Use keyword TCPTUES177 when uploading to SCS this week.
So ELEGANT. Love how you nestled the Rolled Nest in the seam binding roses.
