I was working on getting a little more mileage out of my Big Blossom stamp tonight. When I first saw it in the catalog I thought it was too cute but once I got it I kept wondering what I was gonna do with it! I haven't delved too much into stamping it directly yet. For this card I stamped it onto the back of the patterned paper and then cut it out.
Supplies: Stamps - Big Blossom & Crosshatch BG from Stampin' Up!, 'smiles' and 'to a sweet friend' from A Muse Artstamps. CS - Handsome Hunter, Bravo Burgundy, Confetti Tan (retired). Ink - Handsome Hunter from SU!, Dark Brown Fluid Chalk in from Colorbox. Other - sponge, Cuttlebug and tag die, hemp twine, Copper Hodgepodge Hardware kit from SU, patterned papers and ribbon from the Comstock Collection from We R Memory Keepers.
I like it! I wouldn't have thought to use it that way. This card is great!

You totally read my mind! I thought the very same thing, and have only used it the same way you have. I love this card! The colors are right up my alley!

I'm glad to see I'm not alone - didn't know what to do with it after I bought it either! I like stamping it on paper & cutting it out too. Really turns out neat! I've never thought to use it as you have - that's one nifty idea! Thanks!!!
