FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - WE HAVE WINNERS!

This morning, I let the integer generator at www.random.org pick the winners for the Frightfully Delightful Freaky Friday Challenge!  For the grand prize, and the title of Frightfully Delightful Stamper, it chose number 158.  The winner is...

When I talked to Holly this morning - in between jumping for joy! - she let me know that she had already purchased the four Halloween sets from Storage Units, Ink & More and the Haunted set from Starving Artiststamps.  She suggested that I choose a winner for those sets too. SO, the winner of the extra sets is number 201...

In addition to the grand prize, each of the stampers who completed all four of the challenges were entered into a drawing for a Bonus Prize package.  The number chosen for that package - again, at random - is number 258.  And the winner is....

FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - ENTRY NUMBERS

FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 4 SLIDESHOW

Tardy again...sorry stampers!  Here's the slideshow for all of the entries for week four of the Freaky Friday challenge.  We had 15 players for the sketch challenge and all of the cards were terrific!  I can't wait for all to see them. 

Just to update again, I'm finishing the challenges now instead of going for one more week.  SO, I'll be choosing the random winners and announcing this Monday.  I'll be putting the charts together so that each player can see how many entries they'll be given in the random drawings.  Remember, each week the players received five entries and the players that did the challenges all four weeks get an extra five entries and will be put in a drawing for an extra prize.  Good luck to all and thanks for playing!

FREAKY FRIDAY UPDATE

So, unfortunately, no more stamping for today.  We have the neighbors coming over after trick or treating and that meant shopping and cleaning.  Aren't you supposed to pay people to do that stuff?  (I really do hate cleaning!)  Anyway...there's no time left for fun stuff like stamping.

I'm going to put off the slideshow for this week until tomorrow as well.  Please, please check back then and see what all of the entries for the sketch challenge looked like!  So fun.

AND, I've decided not to keep the contest going another week.  (What was I thinkin' when I said that?  After today...no more spooky ooky!)  This was the last week and I'll be picking the random winners this weekend.  The big announcement will come on Monday morning.  I'll be naming the Frightfully Delightful stamper too!

FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE #4 - SAMPLES

Okay, here are my samples.  And this sketch was a little more difficult than I thought it would be.  AND I MADE IT UP!  What's up with that?  See...I made one using the sketch exactly as it is and then I made one with the sketched turned on it's side.  Play around with it and see what works best for you!  All of the stamps used on these cards are by Doodle Factory for Starving Artiststamps.

FRIGHTFULLY DELIGHTFUL FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - #4 SKETCH CHALLENGE

Week Four!  It's so great that we can really STRETCH the Halloween fun out for the whole month of October.  As promised, the challenge for week four is a SKETCH CHALLENGE.  Feel free to interpret the sketch in any way that you wish...use it exactly as you see it, flip it horizontally, or backwards or whatever.  Use whatever stamps, inks, papers, colors, and embellishments that tickle your creepy bones!  BUT, make sure it's a HALLOWEEN card....that's the point!!  I can't wait to see what you make with the sketch.

FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - WEEK 2 SLIDESHOW

Again, sorry I'm late.  Ten wonderful stampers shared their creations for week two.  Six of them were playing for the second week.  Thanks so much, ladies!!!  This week's participants were...Pam, Sandy J, Rachel, Janna, Sandy T, Jen, Laura, Deb, Holly and Tracy.  All of these stampers created NON-HALLOWEEN cards using Halloween stamps.  Some of these really cracked me up.  It's nice to know that I'm not the only one out there with the warped sense of humor...heehee.

Oh, and Juliana made a really nice card that would have fit perfectly with last week's challenge.  I didn't want anyone to miss it so go HERE and check it out.

 I'm also including the entry standings.  The numbers in the chart are the amount of entries that each person has earned so far to be entered into the grand prize drawing.

This coming week's challenge was posted last night....it's a color challenge this time using any stamps that you choose.  I hope even more people will play along this time.

FRIGHTFULLY DELIGHTFUL FREAKY FRIDAY CHALLENGE - #3

I know, I know...I'm late with this week's Frightfully Delightful Freaky Friday Challenge.  So sorry...my sister was in town and we went down to my parents to spend the night as a spur of the moment treat and I'm just getting back now.  I'll give you the details of next week's challenge for those early starters and then promise to add the slide show for THIS week's participants tomorrow.  I'll also post my card then.

Week 3 - Friday, October 17, 2008
Create a HALLOWEEN card using ONLY the following colors - BLACK, OLIVE GREEN, DARK ORANGE, and PURPLE.  Neutrals are allowed - White, Vanilla, Gray.  use any stamps that you like.

You don't have to use ALL of these colors on your card but you can't use anything other than what's listed - at least for your cardstock, KWIM?
