Hey there Stamping Folks! Not only is it TCP TUESDAY around here. No sireee....it's also the first day of SNEAKY PEEK WEEK! Yay!!!! Alma's done it again...EIGHT NEW SETS AND FOUR BRAND NEW CUTUPS DIES will be available on Tuesday, March 29th. {Or perhaps a little earlier for those peeps that join us for our Monday night PJ Party at Splitcoast!!} Let's not keep ya waiting. Here we go....
JEN is our Hipster Hostess with the Mostess this week and that means INSPIRATION CHALLENGE. What will come to mind when you see this set of pics right here:
For me it was light pinks with a pop of red plus some scallops from that bucket right there. Here's a new smaller version of PJ with a big ole GINORMOUS pinwheel. Awesome! So now, so happenin', so sweet, and soooo Spring! {You can feel the warm wind a-blowin'. Wish it would make it to Maryland some time soon too...hmmph.} This set is called WHAT A BLAST. I used LUSH by My Mind's Eye patterned papers plus a smidge of old newspaper sprayed pink with the airbrush. The open scallop border is from MFT, ribbon from Martha Stewart, brad from American Crafts, and a Prima flower.

Edited to add...I forgot to mention that I based this layout on the Viva la Verve sketch for week three of March. Gotta love those go-to sketches to save ya some time in the planning department!

Very sweet card, love the crisp white of the polka dots and houndstooth, adorable bear with the designer paper belly, beautiful work.
