Got any candy at your house? Why not figure out a way to use it on your card for this week's TCP TUESDAY CHALLENGE. The always creative JULIE MASSE is this week's Hipster Hostess with the Mostess and she's challenged us all to get that candy out and make something with it. Artistic and delish-tic at the same time!
Last week I purchased the MAKE THE CUT software that you can use with the Cricut (and other die cutting machines) to create your own cut outs with files and artwork on your computer. (I bought mine through a link on Jody Morrow's site so that she gets a little somethin' somethin' from the sale.) I haven't tried too much with it yet but I did watch a bunch of YouTube videos and the possiblities are endless. On top of that, I've been taking some classes from ReneePearson.com with Laura Coyle and working on using Adobe Illustrator. So, both of those things going on at once prompted me to create this little candy box/card. I'll try to attach the pdf file here -->> Download 4 Chocolate Card Box_4. Try making it work in your Make The Cute or Sure Cuts A Lot software (or print the pdf and cut it by hand) and share what you've created with all of us by posting on ALMA'S BLOG for this week's challenge.
My card uses the bear in the BEAR HUGS set and the sentiment from the HONEY BEAR set - both from THE CAT'S PAJAMAS. The dp is October Afternoon. Other supplies include PTI ribbon and scallop die, heart doily from the grocery, Nestabilities dies, rhinestones by A Muse, a Cuttlebug embossing folder, and the Copics, of course.

Wow! Thank you for the download. I'm going to have to try this. And another WOW! Your bear is to die for.
