Hi there, Saturday SKETCH FOR YOU TO TRY stampers!  Sorry, no stamping for me but I wanted to give you JEN's sketch for this week.  She's come up with really terrific new sketches for the new month.  I'm so bummed...you know how I feel about October and Halloween! (Might have to be purchased cards for me this year - boo hoo!)  Jen's also featuring a brand new Designer of the Month, Lesa Smaligo.  Also, make sure that you pop in to congratulate Jodi Collins on her new baby girl...how exciting!

Unfortunately it looks as though I have a herniated disc in my neck that's been causing the problems with my shoulder and left arm - at least that's what the nasty MRI came up with this week.  (Ever had a closed MRI?  IT'S TERRIBLE and something I hope I never have to experience again.  Did not like that one bit!)  And it was quite a shocker when my doctor told me to see a spinal specialist right away and that I'd probably need surgery.  What a week! Keep you fingers crossed for a good appointment on Monday with the Ortho doc.  I need some good news for a change...

You poor girl! I hope you start to feel better soon. I know how much pain takes away from what we want to do. A closed MRI has always been on my list of something I don't want to do. I'm glad you got through it and hope you don't have to do that again.

Oh Leigh, I'm so sorry!! I've heard those closed MRIs are scary. You're so brave!! I hope the fix you up soon--I miss your work!
