I'm finally back from CHA....awed, inspired and tired! I have stuff to share but photos need to be resized and such and projects need to be completed before I can do fun stuff. I do have a quickie photo to share....
Before I left for Chicago I went on a tirade to organize my Spellbinder's Nestabilities dies. I had them in CD jewel boxes with magnetic strips but that just didn't seem to work. Not all of the dies really wanted to "nest"!
I had this magnetic board from Ikea sitting around. It originally had these magnetic tins attached to it that held Prima flowers but that organizing idea went out the window long ago. I decided to put the dies from each set onto a notebook ring (from Office Depot - 1" size) and then add a metal rimmed tag (oldies from SU!) label for each set and hang these from a little magnet on the board. I found cute little "clippy" magnets at Kitchen & Company. They're from Oxo and they work great for this. I can either clip the ring onto the board or hang it over the little clip. They're easy to access and, even better, I can see them all! I still have room for more on this board but I ran out of time before CHA. I also still have to hang this on the wall and I might just have to run to Ikea for another board...found some more "must have" sets last week, dontcha know!

Wow Lady!!! You've got a lot of Nesties there...lol! This is a fantastic idea! It looks like it will work wonderfully! :D

Leigh, I am so totally jealous! I LOVE IKEA!! When I lived in MD it was an almost weekly trip to IKEA. Now we are back in Maine and the closest one is a little over 2 hours away. But I agree, when it comes to storage they are the best. I love you nestabilities idea, definately keeps them handy. I currently have mine stored in a magnetic Quickutz folder (Bad I know) but it keeps them all flat and I just pull the folder out. I'm totally about having things handy and this looks awesome! TFS!

Um, there's an empty row at the bottom of your board...you don't have enough Nesties apparently!! LOL! This is really clever and totally organized very unlike me. I now I realize that I just don't have enough Nesties to be this organized...yeah, that's it...
Really great idea Leigh!

Gosh I LOVE this idea! How inventive and clever of you to re-style the board. I have a magnetic board that is just sitting around ... waiting! And TFS!

Hello,
thanks for sharing this idea to store the nest abilities ! I don't have so many ... yet... but they indeed not all fit into a CD case, so this is a great alternative !
greetings from Belgium

Fabulous idea and very attractive too. I haven't started collecting the Nestability dies because I wasn't sure if they would work with the Vagabond.
I love how nessecity creates such marvelous ideas as this one. Thank you for sharing!

I have mine filed in original packaging in a box and need to flip through each to see what I have.
YOUR IDEA ROCKS and I am changing today to hang on a filing cabinet!
THANK YOU FOR THIS IDEA!
