It's time again to try a new

newsletter, it's time for another Card of the Month challenge. This technique creates beautiful and brilliantly colorful backgrounds for your cards. Depending on the colors that you choose, you can really highlight your focal point image. The March Card of the Month challenge will be the REINKER SPLASH technique.
